• Submit a clear copy of a valid driver's license (must be unexpired and appropriate for the vehicle type).
• Vehicle only — fuel, toll fees, parking, and ferry charges are for the renter's account.
• Valid professional / non-professional driver's license and 2 valid government-issued IDs required.
• Refundable security deposit is required upon vehicle pickup.
• Renter is fully liable for any traffic violations, accidents, damages, or loss during the rental period.
• No off-roading, racing, or use outside agreed travel areas.
• Standard usage is 24 hours; late return will incur additional hourly charges
• Return the unit with a clean exterior/interior, or pay the corresponding car wash rate listed below.
• Full payment must be settled before the rental period starts.
• Maintain the same gas level upon return as when the unit was received; any shortage will be charged to the renter.
• Any damage to the vehicle during the rental period must be shouldered by the renter.
• Advance reservation and partial down payment required to confirm booking
• Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up.
• No pets allowed.

For delivery service, additional one-way fees apply for both drop-off and pick-up, based on the location.

The Renter agrees to:

• Only operate the vehicle with a valid professional or non-professional driver's license, as applicable.
• Use the vehicle exclusively for private purposes — no commercial transport, ride-hailing, or delivery services unless pre-approved in writing.
• Not allow any person not listed as an authorized driver to operate the vehicle.
• Stay within the Visayas region unless written approval is obtained for out-of-region travel.
• Comply with all traffic laws and regulations of the Philippines.
• Not modify, alter, or make additions to the vehicle without prior consent.
• Not use the vehicle for illegal activities, racing, off-road driving, or towing without approval.
• Keep the vehicle clean and maintain reasonable care of interior/exterior components.

The Renter is responsible for:

• Damage to vehicle: all damage during the rental period — including collisions, scratches, dents, theft, or vandalism — unless proven to be caused by mechanical failure or manufacturer defect.
• Traffic violations: all fines, penalties, or legal consequences arising from traffic violations committed while the vehicle is in the Renter's possession. The company reserves the right to deduct fine amounts from the security deposit or bill the Renter directly.
• Loss or theft: if the vehicle is lost or stolen due to the Renter's negligence (e.g., leaving keys in the car, failing to lock doors), the Renter is liable for the full market value of the vehicle, minus any insurance proceedings.
• Third-party claims: any injury, death, or property damage caused to third parties by the Renter's operation of the vehicle, beyond the coverage provided by insurance.

The company is responsible for:

• Ensuring the vehicle is roadworthy and registered with the LTO at the time of pick-up.
• Providing valid and up-to-date insurance coverage as specified in the agreement.
• Addressing mechanical failures caused by normal wear and tear or pre-existing defects, and arranging roadside assistance if needed.

The company is NOT liable for losses or damages caused by the Renter's negligence, violation of this agreement, or intentional misuse of the vehicle.

• Compulsory Third Party Liability (CTPL): covers bodily injury or death to third parties up to ₱100,000 per person and ₱200,000 per accident, per current LTFRB/LTO regulations. Does not cover damage to the rental vehicle or the Renter's own injuries.
• Comprehensive Motor Vehicle Insurance (included): covers damage from collisions, theft, fire, natural disasters, and third-party property damage up to the vehicle's market value. A deductible applies, and exclusions include racing, off-road use, unauthorized drivers, or failure to report an incident within 24 hours.
• Personal Accident Insurance (PAI): optional add-on covering the Renter and authorized drivers for bodily injury or death; ask us for current per-person coverage.

Incident reporting: the Renter must notify the company and local authorities (PNP Highway Patrol Group) within 24 hours of any accident, theft, or damage. Failure to report will void insurance coverage and make the Renter fully liable.

On return, the Renter must:

• Return the vehicle in the same condition as pick-up (minus normal wear and tear), with matching fuel level.
• Provide all keys, documents, and accessories (e.g. spare tire, jack, GPS device) provided with the vehicle.
• Sign the vehicle inspection report at return, acknowledging any new damage or issues.

The company may terminate this agreement immediately for violations of use conditions or non-payment, recovering the vehicle without prior notice and forfeiting the security deposit. The Renter may terminate early by notifying the company in writing, though no refund is given for unused rental days. Disputes are resolved through mediation first, then before the appropriate court in Cebu City, Philippines.
